DIY Doallar Tree Fall Floral Arrangement
Greetings Friends!
In this post I would like to share with you a simple inexpensive way to decorate your home for the Fall season. Decorating for Fall is something I very much look forward to every year. My favorite stores to shop for seasonal decor are Tjmaxx, Hobby Lobby, Michael's and Homegoods. All those places mentioned are in my opinion, affordable stores to shop and they always carry such cute things! Recently however, I've been seeing a lot of people on social media finding amazing things at the Dollar Tree. So I decided to go and check it out. What I ended up leaving with, are the items you will see below and the idea for a fun DIY.
When I saw these glass milk/juice jars, I immediately knew I wanted to DIY a floral arrangement. I headed over to the faux floral's and found these great seasonal stems! I then made my way over to the arts & crafts section and picked up two bags of moss. This was to help hide the long plastic stems, as well to also help keep them in place. These glass jars were already giving me farm house vibes, so I just had to pick up this wall art piece that reads "Farm sweet Farm". Besides, how could I pass it up for just a $1!?
I was honestly very impressed by the quality of these stems. I wouldn't have guessed the Dollar Tree to carry such fantastic floral's. They remind me of the stems you could find at crafts stores, just at a fraction of the cost! What I ended up doing was stuffing moss into the two jars and then I placed three different stems into each jar and that was seriously it. Project completed! This was so simple and easy to create and you would have never guessed it all came from the Dollar Tree!
I really love these jars! I'm definitely going to keep them out all year round. In fact, I may need to pick up one more for how I would like to display them.
Here is the final product. It really brings a little something extra to this corner and I love it! This entire project only cost me $12 to make. This DIY was so much fun to create and I can't wait to share another Dollar Tree DIY with you all! I encourage you to pay a visit to the Dollar Tree (or something akin to it)because you never know what you'll find or what project you might be able to come up with. This project only took a couple of steps to make. So even if you feel like you're not the most crafty individual, I assure... you YOU CAN DO THIS! :D
Until next time!
